No changes can be made to personalized items after the order has been finalized. Items could arrive from on separate days or times and will be delivered directly from our engravers and monogrammers. Expedited Service:
Please contact us by email prior to placing your order or at the time of your order for expedited service.Additional shipping charges will be applied for two day and overnight deliveries. Refunds will not be issued if an order is placed and RUSH order has not been granted prior to the order. Additionally, we can not "guarantee" delivery once the package has left our hands and is in the hands of the shipping method. If your package does not arrive and has been overnighted, we will only refund the cost of the shipping, not the products.
