
All claims and returned goods must be accompanied with an invoice. No returns on custom or personalized gifts or jewelry.

This number will allow us to track your package through the returns process. Product must have a copy of the original invoice with the returned item circled and the RGA.

Claims for damaged or short goods, due to shipping must be reported to Saksville within 5 days or your purchase. All damaged items must be returned in the original carton in order to file a claim with UPS. An RGA must be obtained before returning to Saksville at
